Are you an experienced technical leader ready to take on a pivotal role in the delivery of large-scale precast construction projects? We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead our technical engineering department, overseeing the design and detailing of complex and prestigious precast concrete and flooring contracts. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing technical critical paths, ensuring design deadlines are achieved, and providing technical guidance across sales, manufacturing, and construction teams. You will drive innovation through BIM and 3D modelling software implementation and oversee the ongoing development and training of our technical staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical team in delivering high-quality, buildable designs for large precast and flooring projects Manage all technical design stages and ensure alignment with project timelines Provide expert guidance and solutions across departments and to key clients Oversee the implementation and development of BIM and 3D design workflows Build strong relationships with clients to deliver safe, practical, and cost-effective solutions Mentor and develop engineering staff to maintain high technical standards What Were Looking For: Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 3 years experience in a technical management role within the construction/design industry Strong knowledge of the precast concrete sector (preferred) Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit and BIM processes highly desirable Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality Why Join Us?
