Senior Production Manager Co.
Tyrone £50,000 £55,000 Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in County Tyrome, to recruit a Senior Production Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll work closely with the Head of Operations, initially overseeing approximately 30 people across Production and Quality.
Youll have real ownership of manufacturing performance, with a focus on output, yield, waste, downtime, quality and people performance.
Just as importantly, youll understand the commercial impact behind those numbers and how improvements on the factory floor ultimately translate into stronger business performance.
What
Require: Strong experience managing Production within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proven experience leading and developing production teams.
A hands-on, practical management style and the confidence to lead experienced teams.
Experience managing production through KPIs and using data to identify and solve performance issues.
A strong understanding of how downtime, waste, yield and operational performance impact cost and margin.
Experience working within a compliance-led, quality-focused and audit-ready environment.
Strong problem-solving, communication and people management skills.
The maturity and operational understanding required to operate as part of a senior management team.
