Overview

I am recruiting for an opportunity to join a successful, award-winning transport and logistics company based in Ballyclare. They are looking for a Sales Support Administrator who will be a key part of the team, streamlining daily operations and supporting team members.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:00pm

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £28–£30k

Responsibilities

The role requires being able to:

  • Receive & quickly respond to customer pricing enquiries
  • Record quotations on IT system
  • Obtain customer feedback
  • Receive bookings from customers and input onto our Transport Management System and price accordingly
  • Set up Customer Rate cards and manually price jobs
  • Approve customer and partner invoices

Essential Criteria

  • Administrative experience working within a fast paced, busy office environment
  • Previous experience in the use of all Microsoft packages and databases
