Overview
I am recruiting for an opportunity to join a successful, award-winning transport and logistics company based in Ballyclare. They are looking for a Sales Support Administrator who will be a key part of the team, streamlining daily operations and supporting team members.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:00pm
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £28–£30k
Responsibilities
The role requires being able to:
- Receive & quickly respond to customer pricing enquiries
- Record quotations on IT system
- Obtain customer feedback
- Receive bookings from customers and input onto our Transport Management System and price accordingly
- Set up Customer Rate cards and manually price jobs
- Approve customer and partner invoices
Essential Criteria
- Administrative experience working within a fast paced, busy office environment
- Previous experience in the use of all Microsoft packages and databases
