Overview
We are working with a successful FMCG business based on the outskirts of Dungannon to recruit for their new Sales / Order Administrator role, paying up to £30k with the option of 1 day working from home.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, analysing and reporting / presenting customer sales figures
- Using excel and PowerPoint to present sales figures
- Manage customer price lists, amending/updated when required.
- Prepare New Product Forms and other relevant product/price information required by customers
- Support new product/customer launches with timely and accurate information communication, and execution of supporting administrative tasks.
- Prepare customer samples requests.
- Raise Purchase Orders and record sales team spend.
- Support the team with travel preparations.
- Assist with coordinating trade exhibitions and events.
What we are looking for
- 1 + years’ experience in a comparable, sales admin / internal, admin support role within a busy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident IT skills
