You will be registered with RQIA and be accountable for ensuring the service meets Residential Care Agencies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 and the Department of Health Residential Care Agency Minimum Standards. You will be accountable for ensuring that all regulatory requirements and standards are met and maintained.
