Residential Manager £45,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm / Supernumerary & Floor based. As Registered Manager, you will hold a key leadership role, ensuring that the service operates in compliance with regulatory standards and delivers high-quality care and support. You will be registered with RQIA and be accountable for ensuring the service meets Residential Care Agencies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 and the Department of Health Residential Care Agency Minimum Standards. You will be accountable for ensuring that all regulatory requirements and standards are met and maintained.
