You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centered care that meets individual needs and preferences. Administer medications and carry out clinical procedures safely and accurately. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Required Criteria NMC Registration: Active NMC pin as a Registered Nurse. Relationship Building: Capable of developing and maintaining professional internal and external relationships based on respect and trust.
