We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Commercial Team – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a positive attitude, and is ready to make an impact on landmark projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend pre-contract meetings and liaise with clients and contractors
- Review and negotiate contracts with main contractors and clients
- Procure and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Administer contracts and manage payment applications
- Carry out accurate measurement and valuation of completed works
- Prepare and present regular cost reports and forecasts
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain client relationships and ensure clear communication
- Collaborate with internal teams across departments
- Support other tasks as required by management
What We’re Looking For
- Degree-qualified with 5+ years’ QS experience in the construction industry (M&E preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Clean driving license & willingness to travel as required
- Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude and team spirit
