QC Technician (Food Manufacturing) Co. Fermanagh Β£14 p/h We are currently recruiting for a QC Technician to join a well-established food manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous quality experience who is keen to further develop their career within a fast-paced production environment. Working closely with the Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet food safety, quality, and customer standards while supporting compliance across the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine quality checks throughout production. Monitor product quality, specifications, and food safety standards. Complete quality documentation accurately and on time. Conduct GMP and hygiene audits across the site. Assist with investigations into customer complaints, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Support production teams in maintaining quality standards. Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement activities. Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRC, and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months' experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Food Safety role within a food manufacturing environment. Good understanding of HACCP principles and food safety requirements. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication and record-keeping skills. Familiarity with food manufacturing quality systems would be advantageous.
