We are working with a niche FMCG producer and exporter to appoint their new permanent Production Manager / Supervisor to join them in South Down, on a days basis and paying £42,000 to £50,000 + benefits.
Leading all aspects across production you will be:
- Manage daily production plans and schedules
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations
- Manage, lead and develop production staff
- Coordinate workflow across multiple products, ensuring output is delivered on time and to quality standards
- Maintain effective inventory levels, support quality control and continuous improvement, and work with wider teams to improve efficiency
What we are looking for:
- Experience supervising or managing within food production
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of quality control and continuous improvement practices
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
