Production Manager / Supervisor, Days, £42k to £50k + benefits South Down We are working with a niche FMCG producer and exporter to appoint their new permanent Production Manager / Supervisor to join them in South Down, on a days basis and paying £42,000 to £50,000+ benefits. Leading all aspects across production you will be; Manage daily production plans and schedules Oversee day-to-day plant operations Manage, lead and develop production staff Coordinate workflow across multiple products, ensuring output is delivered on time and to quality standards Maintain effective inventory levels, support quality control and continuous improvement, and work with wider teams to improve efficiency What we are looking for Experience supervising or managing within food production Strong leadership and people management skills Good understanding of quality control and continuous improvement practices Knowledge of HACCP standards Interviewing ASAP & offering a generous package & progression opportunities.
