A leading manufacturer in the plastics and building products sector is seeking an experienced Production / Business Unit Manager to lead its Plumbing & Drainage operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple production units, ensuring performance targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost are consistently achieved. You will lead and develop teams, drive operational efficiency, and play a central role in continuous improvement across the division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production operations across the division
- Deliver production targets for safety, quality, output, and cost
- Plan and optimise production schedules with Planning and Engineering
- Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives
