Part Time Accounts & Administration Officer (25 to 30 hours per week), North Belfast, C£18/hr + benefits.
We are working with a well-established organisation based in North Belfast to recruit for their new Part Time Accounts & Administration Officer. Offering flexible working and a generous package, interviewing ASAP!
Reporting to the general manager, you will be supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation. This will include:
- Invoicing duties on a monthly basis
- Sales & Purchase ledger
- Supplier invoice processing
- Monitoring expenditure
- Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance and year end returns to the HMRC
- Preparing financial information for the board
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Prepare the annual budget in consultation with the General Manager
- General Administration
What we are looking for:
- Either IATI qualified or similar with 2 years relevant experience or 5 years + experience in a comparable role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident IT skills to include a computerised accounts package
- Experience in the community, voluntary or charity sectors is desirable
