Duties will include; Manage project costs, budgets, valuations and forecasts. Appoint and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Support site teams and keep projects commercially on track. Assess new sites and coordinate statutory and utility costs. What we are looking for Proven quantity surveying experience; a relevant degree is desirable. Strong commercial, communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction, building regulations and AutoCAD. A valid driving licence.
