Key Responsibilities:- Provide strong clinical and operational leadership to the nursing and care team, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred support.
- Oversee day-to-day management of the service, maintaining compliance with all regulatory, clinical governance, and safeguarding requirements.
- Foster a culture of empathy, professionalism, and continuous improvement throughout the team.
- Manage staffing, budgets, and resources effectively to support both quality care and operational performance.
- Lead audits, policy reviews, and quality improvement initiatives to uphold safety and care excellence.
- Act as a visible, approachable leader who promotes teamwork, learning, and accountability across the service.
- Registered Nurse (RMN / RNLD / RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a senior nursing or leadership role within a mental health or complex care setting.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and decision-making skills.
- A compassionate and proactive approach to care, with a genuine passion for supporting adults with mental health needs.
- £50,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
