This service has built a strong reputation for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents with age-related conditions, physical disabilities, and dementia. We are currently seeking an experienced and caring Nurse Manager to lead the clinical operations of the home and manage a committed multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-established environment where strong leadership truly makes a difference to residents lives. The Role As Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are consistently achieved. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will lead, mentor, and develop the nursing and care teams while promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care.
