Duties: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the resident's physician. Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, and report any changes or concerns to the physician. Monitor residents' nutrition and hydration status and assist with feeding when necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident. Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare providers as necessary to ensure the best possible care for our residents. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and techniques. Qualifications: Valid NMC Pin Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, preferably in a nursing home or long-term care setting. Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
