We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse in Newtownards. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated nurse ready to take the next step into a leadership-focused role within a well-established care setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate confident leadership, sound clinical judgement, and the ability to support and inspire a nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred care.

The Role:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care team
- Act as a visible role model, promoting a culture of person-centred care
- Maintain and oversee high standards of clinical governance and social care
- Monitor, review, and update care plans, policies, and procedures
- Support and deputise for the Nurse Manager as required
- Supervise medication management and ensure regulatory compliance
- Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support staff development through mentorship, supervision, and training
- Assist in maintaining financial efficiency through effective resource management
What We're Looking For:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
- Active and valid NMC PIN
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience (leadership experience desirable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Commitment to high-quality, resident-focused care
