We are working with a leading supplier of electrical solutions to an ever-expanding customer market to appoint their new Sales Manager who will focus on the healthcare markets. Reporting into senior management, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within the markets in Ireland. This will include:

  • Operating in a focused role to identify, develop, and convert opportunities into orders
  • Building strong relationships with electrical contractors, healthcare estates teams, NHS/HSE contacts, and wider clinical and stakeholder groups
  • Managing the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to proposal, tender, and order completion
  • Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM activity, delivering presentations, promoting solutions
  • Supporting account development, pricing, and margin objectives
  • Attending customer meetings, site visits, and industry events to strengthen market presence and support long-term healthcare account growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Sales / Commercial experience, ideally within a technical setting and/or exposure to the healthcare sector
  • Electrical, Engineering or technical sales experience
  • Experience of liaising and working with electrical contractors, estate management teams is desirable
  • Strong business developing and nurturing skills
  • Confident, professional communication skills
  • Able to travel as role requires
