Key Responsibilities
  • Take the lead in the day-to-day clinical operations of the home
  • Inspire, develop, and mentor a high-performing nursing and care team
  • Oversee compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
  • Manage safe staffing levels, recruitment, references, and Access NI checks
  • Ensure adherence to NMC and right-to-work requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager in a care home environment
  • Valid NMC PIN with no restrictions
