Senior Estimator Mechanical Were looking for an experienced and driven Senior Estimator with a strong background in the mechanical industry to join our team. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for preparing competitive, compliant tenders and supporting the business in securing new projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit accurate, competitive tenders. Review tender documentation, specifications and contract information. Complete material and labour take-offs and cost estimates. Carry out site visits and surveys. Obtain and assess quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Attend tender presentations and follow up opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and subcontractors. Identify suitable tender opportunities and help expand our client base. Complete tender feedback and ensure successful tenders are effectively handed over to the Pre-construction team. Liaise with Procurement on specialist materials and project requirements. Ensure company, quality and health & safety standards are maintained. About You Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, building regulations and industry standards. Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
