Reporting into Senior Management you will; You will oversee daily production, plant operations and a team of production staff, ensuring targets, quality and delivery schedules are achieved Manage production plans, schedules and workflow Lead and develop production teams Ensure output meets quality and delivery targets Manage inventory and support quality control Drive efficiency and continuous improvement What we are looking for.
Food production management/supervisory experience Strong leadership and people skills Knowledge of HACCP, quality control and continuous improvement Excellent package, career progression and benefits available.
