A leading manufacturer in a regulated industry is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production operators and coordinate daily manufacturing activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met.
- Promote a strong health and safety culture.
- Support investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and other departments to support operations.
- Train, develop, and manage team performance.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or 4 years' relevant manufacturing experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to review technical documentation and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Desirable Requirements
- Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience.
- Knowledge of GMP and quality management systems.
- Experience with production documentation, CAPAs, and compliance processes.
