Maintaining full compliance with RQIA requirements, legislation, and relevant regulatory standards. Providing effective leadership, supervision, and support to nursing, care, and support teams. Managing recruitment, staffing levels, performance, and workforce development. Overseeing budgets, resources, and operational performance. Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture. Building strong and professional relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies. Leading quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensuring the home maintains a strong focus on safeguarding, dignity, independence, and resident wellbeing. About You We are looking for a confident and compassionate healthcare professional who can demonstrate: Current NMC registration as an RGN, RMN, or RNLD. A valid NMC PIN. Previous experience in a nursing home management or senior nursing leadership role. Strong knowledge of elderly care and relevant regulatory requirements. A strong understanding of quality assurance, safeguarding, and compliance.
