We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-growing modular building company. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure modular buildings remain safe, fully operational, and maintained to the highest standards.
About the Role:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance across modular buildings
- Work independently, following structured maintenance programmes
- Log all work accurately in digital maintenance software
- Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and workmanship
Buildings You'll Work On:
- Anti-Vandal
- Containex
- Jackleg
- Steel Frame
- Timber Frame units
Key Responsibilities:
- Joinery, electrical, plumbing, and general fault-finding
- Replace lights, switches, heaters, water heaters, sockets, and PIR sensors
- Plumbing repairs (taps, toilets, cisterns, flush handles, leaks)
- Travel between sites (company van and fuel card provided)
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance
- Understanding of modular building systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and practical mindset
- Full UK driving licence
