Key Responsibilities: Provide strong clinical and operational leadership to the nursing and care team, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred support. Oversee day-to-day management of the service, maintaining compliance with all regulatory, clinical governance, and safeguarding requirements. Foster a culture of empathy, professionalism, and continuous improvement throughout the team. Manage staffing, budgets, and resources effectively to support both quality care and operational performance. Lead audits, policy reviews, and quality improvement initiatives to uphold safety and care excellence. Act as a visible, approachable leader who promotes teamwork, learning, and accountability across the service. About You: Registered Nurse (RMN / RNLD / RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
