We are working alongside a well-established manufacturer based outside Derry/LDerry who are seeking their new Accounts Assistant. Working Monday to Friday, you will be:
- Process supplier invoices.
- Preparing and processing payment runs (BACS/cheques).
- Monthly bank reconciliation.
- VAT Return, Intrastate return.
- Processing weekly payroll and pension scheme, maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with general office and HR duties.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Accountancy software, e.g. SAGE, Xero.
