Labourer / General Operative We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer / General Operative to support day-to-day site activities.

The ideal candidate will have previous construction site experience, a good work ethic, and ideally some basic joinery experience to assist with general fitting, handling materials, preparation work, and keeping the site clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities Assist tradespeople and site supervisors with general labouring duties.

Carry, load, and organise materials, tools, and equipment as required.

Support basic joinery tasks, fitting, measuring, cutting, and preparation work where suitable.

Keep work areas tidy, organised, and free from hazards.

Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.

Assist with deliveries, waste removal, and general site housekeeping.

Requirements Previous labouring or construction site experience preferred.

Basic joinery experience would be an advantage.

Ability to work well as part of a team and take instruction.
