This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to take up the day to day management of an impressive tourist & event based in North Down in a hands-on senior role combining commercial growth, hospitality, events, property management and team leadership.
Reporting into Senior Management you will:
- Run the estate commercially and operationally, with responsibility for profitability and day-to-day management
- Grow revenue through accommodation, weddings, corporate/private events and additional experiences
- Manage marketing and sales, including website, bookings, social media, advertising and pricing
- Oversee events and guest experience, from booking through to delivery
- Manage accommodation, facilities, maintenance and a small team
- Control budgets, suppliers and costs, working with finance and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire, insurance, environmental and planning requirements
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrable success within a comparable role i.e. Hospitality Management, Event Venue Management or Leisure & Tourism Operations
- Commercial and revenue management experience
- Experience in events delivery
- Strong staff leadership skills
- Confident Finance abilities
