We are working with a genuinely fantastic employer who supply a range of specialist equipment into a wide range of markets and customers across NI & ROI to appoint their new Service Administrator / Coordinator.
Monday to Friday, 830am to 5pm. Working at their offices in Hillsborough, within a close-knit team you will work closely with their commercial customers across a range of matters, this will include:
- Liaising with customers on their orders, ensuring accurate quotes, order processing and customer support
- Creating customer orders on internal systems
- Working with and coordinating with internal colleagues on customers orders, product availability etc
- All associated administration
What we are looking for:
- Experience gained within a similar role / industry
- Confident communication skills
- Sound level of IT literacy
