Quantity Surveyor Due to continued growth and the award of new contracts across Northern Ireland, we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in either Belfast or Cookstown. Key Responsibilities Manage project costs from inception through to final account. Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and cost reports. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure projects remain on budget. Monitor project performance and provide regular commercial updates. Attend site and progress meetings as required. Criteria Degree, HND, HNC in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction.
