Engineering Manager - Belfast Data Centre We are recruiting for a permanent Engineering Manager to join a new data centre site in Belfast.

The Role Lead engineering service delivery, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved across maintenance, faults, repairs, statutory compliance, and small works.

Manage reporting, records, budgets, overtime, and other operational costs.

Identify and support additional contract opportunities and provide quotations where required.

Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and value for money.

Authorise chargeable works and associated invoicing.

Maintain excellent client relationships and resolve operational issues.

Liaise with helpdesk, schedulers, clients, and site teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Support the call-out rota and act as part of the site's escalation process.

Drive health & safety standards, compliance, and team development through training and performance reviews.
