What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Nurse Manager with day-to-day clinical leadership
- Guiding, motivating, and mentoring your nursing team
- Leading on safe medication management
- Ensuring accurate, compliant record-keeping
- Providing high-quality clinical care when needed
- Building strong relationships with residents and their families
- Contributing to continuous quality improvements throughout the home
