Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be working with a water and power technology engineering experts specialising in critical infrastructure. They are looking for a Payroll Executive to join their finance team Monday to Friday with a salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000. Offering an excellent package such as:
- 30 days Paid Holidays per year
- Hybrid working (4 in office, 1 from home)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Processing of weekly and monthly UK payrolls
- Process payroll for hourly paid and salaried employees
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records
- Ensure all payroll records are changed correctly
- Ensure payroll is processed in accordance with current UK legislation, HMRC as well as company policies
- Prepare and submit required HMRC payroll information
- Calculate and process statutory payments and deductions
- Ensure year-end payroll processes are completed
Essential Criteria:
- 5 years experience in payroll processing
- Experience processing both weekly and monthly payrolls
- Knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments and payroll deductions
- Experience with Sage Payroll/Sage Micropay
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
