We are working with a well-established and respected firm in Newry to recruit for their new permanent Legal Secretary. Reporting to the Partners and working within a small, supportive team you will be working across:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to solicitors across practice areas
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings, including scheduling and liaising with clients
- Draft, type, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
- Maintain accurate and organised filing systems, both electronically and manually
- Handle client communications in a professional and efficient manner, both over the phone and via email
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience gained within a legal secretarial role
- Confident communication and IT skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to tight deadlines
