Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a Solicitors practice based in Lisburn that are seeking to bring a Legal Bookkeeper onboard. If you have previous experience working as a legal bookkeeper, this job could be for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Handling Client Funds, to include recording receipts, transfer to and from deposit, transfer between client ledgers, accounting for interest, accounting for commission and other ancillary income, payments from client account, and managing residual balances
- Maintaining Office Account, to include client-to-office transfers, managing office balances, bills of cost and VAT
- Working closely with Practice Manager and Secretaries to compile and cross-reference invoices against monies in and out
- Handling Payroll and HMRC
