The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We are working with a leading NI Company recruiting for their newest Industrial Engineer. You will be responsible for analysing, developing improvement plans, and implementing changes in material flow operations. This will include coordinating with various teams and managing associated projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving the development and sustainment of material flow integration within the facility.
- Managing the expansion of material flow to incorporate new product introductions.
- Leading and monitoring material flow operations across the facility, resolving issues, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Quantifying continuous improvements in collaboration with Supply Chain, Materials, and Manufacturing to ensure alignment with KPIs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field (or equivalent working experience).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering position, preferably in industries like Automotive, Aerospace, or Machinery.
- Knowledge of production processes and systems used in discrete manufacturing and the ability to engineer material-handling solutions.
