We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a growing construction and fit-out contractor. You will support site teams across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with H&S legislation and promoting a strong safety culture.
Key Duties
- Carry out risk assessments and site inspections
- Implement safe systems of work
- Ensure compliance with H&S legislation
- Conduct incident investigations and reporting
- Deliver inductions and toolbox talks
- Monitor and improve H&S policies and procedures
- Ensure all personnel have valid certification/cards
- Advise on COSHH, fire safety, noise, machinery
Requirements
- NEBOSH Certificate
- CSCS/CSR Card
- Experience in construction / fit-out H&S role
- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive and adaptable approach
