An established healthcare manufacturer is looking to recruit an Industrialisation Engineer to support the transition of new products from design to full-scale production. This hands-on, cross-functional role offers the opportunity to work across engineering, R&D, and manufacturing functions to ensure new medical devices are delivered to market efficiently and to the highest standards.

  • Manage all design transfer activities from concept to production
  • Support the development and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver production-ready solutions
  • Prepare and maintain quality and technical documentation in line with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in engineering or related discipline
  • Experience in a similar manufacturing or industrialisation role
  • Proficient in 2D/3D CAD
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable Experience:

  • Working knowledge of ISO 13485 or other regulated environments
  • Experience with automation, robotics, web handling, or polymer processing
  • Hands-on experience in process validation and capability studies
  • Background in sourcing and commissioning production equipment
