Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our Contracts Team. This role involves regular travel across the UK, Ireland, and EU, with a base in our Armagh office when not on-site. Irish passport essential for EU travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Prepare and review RAMS
- Promote a strong safety culture through training and toolbox talks
- Manage site documentation, inductions, and PPE
- Oversee ISO standards and contractor safety compliance
Requirements
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
- Experience in a construction HSE role
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full clean driving licence
