Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our Contracts Team. This role involves regular travel across the UK, Ireland, and EU, with a base in our Armagh office when not on-site. Irish passport essential for EU travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
  • Prepare and review RAMS
  • Promote a strong safety culture through training and toolbox talks
  • Manage site documentation, inductions, and PPE
  • Oversee ISO standards and contractor safety compliance

Requirements

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • Experience in a construction HSE role
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Full clean driving licence
