Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Bangor, to recruit an Extrusion Team Leader. As the successful Team Leader you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, supervising staff, and making sure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards, ensuring customer requirements are met.
You will act as a bridge between management and your team, communicating goals, resolving issues and motivating the team to perform at their best.
What We Require:
- At least 2 years supervisory/people management experience within a fast paced, highly pressurised manufacturing facility
- At least 2 years experience running a production department
- Experience/skill in understanding schedules to ensure customer orders are met on time
- Knowledge of 6S housekeeping standards
- Knowledge of H&S procedures within a busy department
