The Role:
Lead production and manufacturing operations across both sites. Manage production planning, purchasing, stock and inventory. Drive efficiency, cost reduction and continuous improvement. Oversee engineering, maintenance and site facilities. Lead and develop operational teams. Ensure high standards of health, safety and quality. The Person: 5+ years senior manufacturing/production/operations management experience. Experience managing multi-functional manufacturing operations. Strong production planning and scheduling experience. Experience across purchasing, inventory and maintenance. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
