We are working with a long-standing local Architectural Practice who work across Commercial, Residential & Industrial works to recruit for their new Architectural Technologist to join the team!
Joining a committed team you will be:
- Producing technically sound architectural deliverables (drawings / specifications / detailing / schedules) using Revit / AutoCAD
- Ensuring accordance with building standards and regulations
- Involved with site visits, surveys and interfacing with wider design teams (3rd parties / sub-contractors / suppliers etc)
What we are looking for:
- You’ll have a relevant Architectural Technology degree with at least 4 years experience working across Residential / Industrial / Commercial / Community or Heritage / Education projects
- Experienced in planning & building control procedures
- Confident user of CAD & Revit
- Skills: producing precise technical drawings, strong 3D visualisation
