Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a fantastic Deputy Nurse Manager role based in East Belfast close to Dundonald. As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Nurse Manager in the overall management and leadership of the care home. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

The role:
- You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
- Supporting the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home.
- To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.
- Assist the Nurse Manager in writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate.
- Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
What we're looking for:
- You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse.
- 6+ months of Nursing experience.
- A Valid NMC Pin.
