We are working with a successful NI transport business to recruit for their new Part Time Accounts Assistant / Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Joining a busy team you will support the business across:

  • Purchase orders
  • Processing payroll
  • Supporting month end accounting procedures
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • VAT calculations

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Confident using accounting software e.g. Xero and Excel
  • VAT and Payroll experience is preferred
