We are currently building our network of experienced Clinical Lead Nurses for a range of existing and upcoming opportunities across Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and motivated nurses who are looking to progress into leadership-focused positions within care home, nursing home, and elderly care settings. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care while providing clinical guidance and support to colleagues.
Typical Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams
- Promote a culture of high-quality, person-centred care
- Support the delivery of clinical governance and regulatory compliance
- Review, monitor, and update care plans as required
- Assist with medication management and clinical oversight
- Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support staff development through mentoring, coaching, and supervision
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families
- Assist senior management teams with operational and clinical priorities
- Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
- Active NMC registration with a valid PIN
- Minimum of 1 year's post-registration nursing experience
- Previous leadership or senior nursing experience desirable
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
