What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and overseeing all day-to-day clinical operations

What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years experience as a Nurse Manager in a care or nursing home setting
- An active NMC pin with no restrictions (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and HR procedures
