Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Cookstown, to recruit a Production Supervisor. As the successful Production Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate daily production floor operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved. The role requires a strong commitment to lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and employee engagement to drive operational excellence.
What We Require:
- Candidates should be qualified to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent.
- Significant production experience gained in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Experience and proven track record of supervisory and/or people management is essential.
