Supervisor will lead and coordinate daily production floor operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved. You will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of machine operators across Laser, Press, Plasma, Cutting, and CNC operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high performance standards, and a positive team culture.

Duties include:

  • Lead and manage the production team daily, including labour planning, work instruction adherence, attendance management, training and development, and all aspects of employee relations.
  • Plan, control, and monitor production activities on the shop floor to ensure output targets are met.
  • Ensure the continuous flow of materials so that required parts and resources are available in a timely manner.
  • Drive lean manufacturing practices, including 5S, and waste elimination initiatives.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Significant production experience gained in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Experience and proven track record of supervisory and/or people management is essential.
