We are working with a leading manufacturer and supplier of products for the construction sectors to recruit for their new permanent Customer Sales / Product Support to join them in Cookstown. Reporting into management you will be responsible for providing customer & product support on their product range, from initial product enquiries, selection and through to delivery and site installation.
Duties include:
- Supporting product selection & technical specification
- Planning and coordinating installation and delivery
- Liaising with internal and external teams on delivery & installations
- Post installation support
- Customer service & support
What we are looking for:
- Customer sales & product support experience (ideally within the construction, technical or engineering environments)
- Confident problem solving & troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound level of IT literacy
