The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
We are working with a successful firm based in Newry to recruit for their new Conveyancing Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to welcome a Conveyancing Solicitor into its established and supportive property team.
Duties will include:
- Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Providing clear, practical legal advice and delivering a consistently high level of client service
- Handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases and remortgages
- Advising clients clearly and confidently throughout the transaction process
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, title documents and related conveyancing paperwork
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to progress matters efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
What we are looking for:
- 2 years plus PQE experience in a conveyancing role
- Experience of probate
- Client-focused, well organised and proactive in your approach
